Dedicated Edgebanders

The Vector Revolution machines are dedicated automatic contour edgebanders.

In busy manufacturing environments, they help existing CNC machining centres to operate more efficiently. For example, if the CNC completes a run of workstation tops it can move on to other jobs as the Revolution completes the edgebanding processes.

The Revolution machines also work well in nested-based manufacturing sites where shaped components are machined from large sheets and these pieces are processed independently.

In addition, there are no software compatibility issues with existing or future machines. And the Revolution is managed on the floor by the operations team for added flexibility and control.
