Another solid installation, this time in Georgia, USA in partnership with Stiles Machinery

Our new client has a large, design led product portfolio that includes numerous curved panel components - and production requirements that vary from one-off custom prototypes through to big runs of mainstream products.

They are also using our projection system which clearly beams the component and vacuum pod placements onto the table - so the machine operators are much more efficient with product changes as they move through their daily production schedules.

The Vector Revolution 180 does what no other machine can do - high quality, fully automated curved and straight panel edge-banding - with no programming required. The result is outstanding productivity gains with the operator on the floor in full control of the process.
